Watchtree Event

Hi everyone. From the feedback received the event last night at Watchtree was very successful, in spite of the poor weather. However everyone managed to get a good look at Jupiter and its moons as well as the ‘Moon’ and they all seemed to enjoy the presentation.
Thank you to all who turned up and gave us support. The event raised £60 which was split between Watchtree (our hosts) and ourselves.
We may well arrange another session in the spring to coincide with National Astronomy Week – 1 to 8 March 2014.
David and I will be discussing the possibility with Frank and Tim from Watchtree.
