Scarborough Starfest 13 - 16 August 2010

As in previous years we will take the school's portable 6" refractor along with us and David Pettitt will take his own Celestron C9.25 SCT telescope.

The number of people at this event just keeps growing, private individuals, families and astronomical groups from all over the country. Every body has a great time, swapping information and looking through each others telescopes. Several illustrated talks are given in the big tent. There is a water rocket competition for the younger element every year.

Here are a selection of photos taken at the event in previous years.
